Bill Enke

Attorney Bill Enke has been helping Iowans in Fort Dodge, Mason City, and statewide for over 30 years recover compensation in personal injury and wrongful death cases. 98% of Bill's practice is devoted to litigation and potential litigation matters. His experience encompasses all types of motor vehicle accidents, including catastrophic injuries involving car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, accidents caused by cell phone use and other distracted driver circumstances, negligent driving, and reckless driving. Bill has also aggressively represented clients on either side of business contract litigation as well as in will contests and trust litigation.
Bill has been active in community affairs and with his church since his family first moved to Fort Dodge over 30 years ago. He is a past President of the Fort Dodge Community School District Board of Education, Webster County Habitat for Humanity, and the St. Olaf Lutheran Church Foundation and Church Council. Bill also served for many years on the Downtown Development Corporation Board of Directors and is a recipient of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Service Award. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of St. Olaf Lutheran Church Foundation and Beacon of Hope Men's Homeless Shelter. Bill and his wife have lived in Fort Dodge since 1977. They have two married daughters and three grandchildren.
